Hi again! Backfield Package is a book about some friends that are seniors in Hillcrest High. The team is called the Cardinals and they lost their season opener! But won all of the games. Right now I am going to tell you about the last two games. First is number one. Joe and his team mates were going to play the Marinna Panthers. They were back in forth. The Panther had to kick and fumbled and the Cardinals recovered it. They won 20-7! Second game and last game! They were playing the Hoytville Cougars. Cardinals received and ran 63 yards! First down and the coach would call the good 40. HUDDLE! Quarterback sneak. They gained 4 yards on the play. Next Lew (his friend) plunged into the line for the gain of 10 yards. Throw to Coley (anther one of his friends) TOUCHDOWN CARDINALS! 7-0 half time. Do you like the blog so far? I do. Almost done! Kick of Cougers receive ALL THE WAY! Touchdown. Another touchdown for the Panthers! 14-7 Cardinals get the ball back. To the ten-yard line. One yard line. Almost there. There is ten seconds on the clock. On two. One...... Beeeeep! The Cougers one! That is the story of the Backfield Package. Joe has a problem go the Ryder State with his buddies or go to Randolph University?
